Once into habit tracking, it’s realy addictive, don’t you agree? I like getting an overview of habits over a longer period of time, so I tent to lean towards using inserts that span over several months. This one I’ve tried for a while now and really like. One of the great things about this design is that you can begin anytime of year since you mark the minths yourself.

Sitting in my sofa with my legs up, and the sun shining in through the window and warming my my feet. This is what finding joy in the little things is about for me.
Habit trackers help me see how I spend my time. How often I actually do things, and not how often I THINK I do the same things. They help me be more conscious about my habits. Today’s free printable habit tracker tracks every day through a whole year in one 2 page spread.

I wanted a monthly tracker to color in and decided to design one. It turned out as a flower, with one petal to color for each day.

Have you gotten into habit trackers? It’s fairly new to me, but I love the concept. For starter I decided to track my every day habits; like sleep, workout, steps, bedtime and reading etc. I find it’s really good to get a black and white view of how often I do things. It’s quite often different from how I thought it was. No more fooling myself! Lol
